I'm impressed with my posting this weekend. It will come to a screeching halt tomorrow though, so here's one more.
My sis came over for dinner tonight. Here's what I made: Sweet Chile Pineapple Fish. I'm feeling funny about the spelling of Chile in this recipe. It's in reference to Asian Chili or Chile sauce. I don't know which it should be. The recipe spells it with an "e," but I'm not sure because isn't Chile the place? I googled "Asian Chili Sauce," and it found some things that look right. Then, I googled "Asian Chile Sauce," and it changed to Chili with an "i." This recipe is from Publix. Perhaps I should call them because I think they have it wrong. Anyway, this sauce is the same that's in the curry noodles I love. It's with the Thai food if you're on the hunt for it.
I used tilapia instead of salmon. Try it!
Because I love my sister, I also made dessert...CHOCOLATE COBBLER. I hate fruit cobblers...fruit should not be warm and mushy. It should be cold and crunchy. But chocolate, on the other hand, should definitely be warm and mushy. This was awesome!
Off to another week of exhaustion. This one ends with a road trip to DC in an RV though, so at least there are some adventures in store.
